Track every feed, never miss one
Log a feed in one tap, in the app, straight from the home-screen widget, or by asking Siri. Each starter shows whether it is fed, due, or overdue, an estimate says when the feed should peak, and a gentle reminder brings you back when it is time. Starting from scratch? A day-by-day plan says what to do, what to expect, and what looks wrong but is fine, with one reminder each morning. Note how each feed smelled and rose, and the pattern shows on the starter’s page.
Do the baker’s math
Dial in hydration, salt, and starter in baker’s percentages. Scale a formula to any batch or loaf count, count the water hiding in eggs or a tangzhong toward the true hydration, and work out the water temperature that lands your dough where you want it. Seven tested recipes are ready to scale.
Plan your bake day by temperature
Tell Banneton when you want bread out of the oven, or when you can start, and how warm your dough is. It lays out autolyse, bulk, pre-shape, final proof, and bake, timed for the recipe you picked and adjusted to your kitchen. Keep a bake journal

Do I need an account?
No. Banneton has no accounts and no sign-in. Your starters, bakes, and photos live on your device and sync through your own iCloud if you use more than one device.
Does it work offline?
Yes, fully. Everything runs on your device, so feed tracking, the calculators, and the schedule work with no connection.
How much does it cost?
